I started Let's Revive because I wanted to practice the way I was taught — with time, attention, and curiosity.
After a decade in busy NHS and private clinics, I noticed how often the system asked us to do more in less time. Twenty-minute appointments. Stacked schedules. Patients left holding a printout instead of a plan.
Let's Revive is the opposite of that. One hour, one person, full attention. We talk, we move, we test, we treat. You leave knowing what's going on and what to do next.
I hold a Master's in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University and post-graduate training in pain science, strength rehabilitation, and women's health.
